How long does shipping usually take?
Most orders arrive within 5-10 days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation Email will be sent to you, post which an Email notification will be sent, once your order is shipped

Cancelling an order, Refund and Return Process
Cancelling an order: Only orders that haven't left the fulfilment centre can be cancelled. To cancel an order, view the order details in My Account >Orders> Select Product> Cancel. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier partner. A refund will be generated, after the product is received at our fulfilment centre.
Refund: All Returns for Refund which are not damaged or defective must be in original, re-sellable boxes with all accessories included that were originally received. That also means there should not be excessive tape, stickers, packing labels, hand written notes on packaging etc on the box of the product itself.
Refunds typically take 10 business days to process, depending on the financial institution, and are applied to the original payment method used.
Customer is responsible for any extra shipping costs incurred related to customer adding an incorrect address or missing address information, or us exchanging an order due to ordering error/exchange.
Product packaging should be preserved in case of refunds or exchanges. The product would not be eligible for a refund in case it looks used or non resell-able and doesn't have its original packaging
Return Process: A request for return can only be raised post 24 hours of receipt of product. All returns requests must be received within 05 days of delivery. To return a product, view the order details in - My Account > Orders> Select Product > Return. Once the request is processed, the return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request.Please provide your product details and the reason for your return, so we can keep improving your shopping experience. Once your return request has been generated, we’ll send you a confirmation via Email.
